NÜVA STAYS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Nüva Stays. By booking accommodation through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

 

1.1. All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.

1.2. A valid ID and payment are required to confirm the reservation.

1.3. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

1.4. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property after checkout.

2. Check-in & Check-out

 

2.1. Check-in time: 3:00 PM

2.2. Check-out time: 11:00 AM

2.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

2.4. Failure to vacate the property on time may result in extra charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

 

3.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

3.2. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3.4. Only guests named on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.

3.5. Any damages must be reported immediately and may be charged to the guest.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

 

4.1. Cancellations made:

    •    More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund

    •    7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund

    •    Less than 7 days: No refund

 

4.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

4.3. NüvaStays reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or violations of terms. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Liability

 

5.1. NüvaStays is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

5.2. Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk.

5.3. In no event shall NüvaStays be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
